Business Centre Manager
- Glasgow
- Circa £35,000 per annum DOE
- Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Permanent
A customer-focused professional with a background in Business Centres or Serviced Offices is required to join a dynamic, service-led office space provider in Glasgow.
As Business Centre Manager, you will be overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer retention. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong commercial insight and a proactive approach.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Experience in a Business Centre or Serviced Office environment.
- Strong background in customer-facing, service-driven roles.
- Excellent understanding of centre financial performance.
- Commercial mindset and ability to spot growth opportunities.
- Confident, personable, and able to manage a site independently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing and managing the business centre on a day-to-day basis.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Managing profit and loss for the centre.
- Supporting business growth and maximising revenue per desk.
- Coordinating facilities and maintenance as needed.
