My role as a Project Manager in the M&A industry includes dealing with shareholders locally and internationally to discuss their business and aspirations, offering them advice, sharing sector-related case studies, deal completions and market-related trends. I also deal with potential acquirers, advising and supporting them on their LTA journey.
I am also responsible for booking and coordinating client and prospect meetings, sending my clients regular updates and reminders, monitoring all aspects throughout our acquisition process and working together with the rest of my team to meet project deadlines.
- Engage shareholders locally and internationally, discussing business objectives and aspirations.
- Provide strategic advice, share sector case studies, and monitor market trends.
- Assist potential acquirers on their LTA journey.
- Coordinate client and prospect meetings, sending updates and reminders.
- Oversee acquisition process, ensuring project deadlines are met.
