Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
- Drive large scale assurance and risk framework evolution.
- Enhance cross market stakeholder engagement and influence.
- Lead data driven decision making using analytics for assurance and optimisation.
- Lead global communities of practice and promote inclusive leadership.
- Exceptional leadership and communication capability, with experience engaging diverse and senior stakeholders and navigating complex discussions.
- Strong change management experience with a global outlook and cross cultural understanding.
- Proven ability in leading virtual teams and managing off shoring or large scale transformation programmes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to diagnose varied business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Comfortable working in volatile or ambiguous environments with a resilient and collaborative approach.
- 15+ years' experience in blue chip finance environments or shared service centres, including experience in global business process management.
- Expertise in Margin Assurance processes, with experience leading projects beyond standard operational activities.
- Strong financial understanding and commitment to maintaining a robust control environment.
- Demonstrable record of delivering people centred change initiatives.
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate organisational dynamics effectively.
- Authentic leadership style aligned with personal and organisational values.
