Join us in shaping the future of our global business segment and drive innovation in a dynamic, international environment.

• Drive the global business segment strategy within the assigned application group and conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses

• Execute strategic product management activities, including portfolio assessments and deriving production, development, and quality requirements

• Advance the product portfolio by initiating improvements and developing new solutions in close collaboration with customers/OEMs and R&D

• Prepare and negotiate customer related topics such as pricing, contracts, and non disclosure agreements in alignment with the business segment manager, legal department, sales offices, and other internal stakeholders

• Coordinate technical consultation and support across the entire value chain to address customer specific challenges

• Master's degree in business or engineering, combined with extensive experience in an international industrial environment, ideally in sales and/or product management

• Strong intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working within a global team

• Clear customer and business orientation

• Open, positive, and confident communicator

• Fluent business English skills

Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (G) is € 60.962,30 - gross per year, paid over 14 installments. The actual offer takes market prices, qualifications and professional experience into account.
