Joining us as a Business Application Engineer
You'll be part of our IT Operations & Security team, helping to keep our business applications running smoothly for everyone across CityFibre. This role is all about solving problems, supporting users, and making sure our systems work as they should. You'll work with teams across the business and play a key part in improving how we support the tools people rely on every day.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Responding to service desk tickets and resolving application issues
- Supporting users with tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow and NetSuite
- Managing admin access requests and ensuring secure permissions
- Working with other teams to fix complex problems
- Creating documentation and training materials for users
- Sugge sting improvements to systems and support processes
What you'll bring to the role
You'll have experience supporting business applications and solving technical issues in a fast-paced environment You'll also have:
- Strong understanding of application support and incident management
- Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting workflows
- Knowledge of access controls and admin permissions
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with different teams and explain technical issues clearly
