Business and Project Support Officer

Flexsource NI are currently recruiting a Business and Project Support Officer on a temporary fulltime basis, covering the Belfast area, with a salary of £19.59 per hour.

Responsibilities:

With a full job description available upon request, you will:

Oversee the prioritisation, scheduling, and resourcing of multi-year Asset and Services projects in alignment with organisational Corporate and Financial Plans

Create, review, and manage business cases,ensuring strategic alignment, budget accuracy, and value-for-money

Engage with internal and external stakeholders including economic advisors, finance teams, senior leadership, and government departments to ensure project alignment and approvals

Implement and manage projects from initiation to completion, tracking progress, managing risks/issues, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery

Maintain robust corporate governance, data assurance practices, and records management in line with GDPR, audit requirements, and internal policies

Lead post-project evaluations, incorporating lessons learned into future projects and ensuring continuous service improvement

Participate in procurement processes including adjudication groups, specification drafting, and tender evaluations to ensure compliant and effective service delivery

Requirements:

Degree level qualification in a relevant business discipline

2 years experience developing business cases through their lifecycle

Previous experience within a large organisation would be beneficial

Full UK driving licence and access to a car for business use
