About The RoleDays of Working: Monday to Friday - 09:00am - 17:30pm. The successful candidate will possess an innovative 'can do' attitude, a high level of attention to detail and will help complete daily operations within the Catering Systems team. You will oversee daily operations of recipe compliance, support the embedding of innovation systems and work on projects around Epos, recipes and costings.
Main Duties- Recipes: ensuring allergens & nutritional information are pulled into recipes; ensuring correct costs; assisting with correct products available on our system; maintaining menu rotations within the system.
- Vending & Innovation: assisting with site survey forms; supporting activities to launch new innovations; updating asset management lists; assisting with vending card reader terminals; assisting in site planograms.
- Epos Tills: assisting with price/tariff changes; assisting new product requests; setting up till menus & rotations; handling card machine issues; daily maintenance of pre order apps; updating asset management lists.
- Bookwork/EDI Support: assisting with sales and cash variances; maintaining stock sheets; handling missing EDI invoices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good IT skills and understanding of modern technology.
- Responsible for own tasks and completing them to a high standard.
- Able to manage own workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Good Excel and Word skills.
- Good team player.
