I am recruiting alongside a highly successful and oversubscribed secondary school in Bristol for an enthusiastic and committed Business & Economics Teacher to join a thriving department.

About the Role:

As a Business & Economics Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high quality teaching across KS4 and KS5 (where applicable)
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote progress and attainment
  • Support students in developing strong analytical, evaluative and commercial thinking skills
  • Monitor and assess student progress effectively
  • Contribute to a positive and ambitious learning environment
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive department and wider school team
Who This Role Suits:
  • Qualified teachers of Business, Economics or related subjects (QTS)
  • ECTs or experienced teachers looking for a supportive and high performing school
  • Educators with a passion for engaging students in real world economic and business concepts
  • Teachers confident in delivering GCSE content, with A Level desirable
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Strong subject knowledge in Business & Economics
  • Experience teaching at KS4 (KS5/A Level desirable)
  • Understanding of curriculum, assessment and progress tracking
  • A commitment to high standards and inclusive teaching
  • The ability to engage and motivate a wide range of learners
