Location: Brent, London. Salary: £37,870 - £56,154 per annum (M1 - UPS3). Job Type: Full-Time Permanent. Start Date: September 2026.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging Business and Economics lessons across KS4 and KS5.
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that support student progress.
• Monitor attainment and provide effective feedback.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and ambitious department.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Business and/or Economics at secondary level.
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management.
• Be committed to achieving strong outcomes for all students.
• Be proactive, ambitious, and keen to develop professionally.
