Senior Business Analyst - Key Responsibilities

Project Context:

Join the Transversal Capabilities & Functions department within a major banking institution. You will support the Facility Management scope within the Housing & Sourcing Services cluster. The mission aims to ensure business continuity and deliver enhancements to internal tools and processes used by all bank employees.

Main Tasks:

  • Collect, challenge, and consolidate business needs from a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with experts to define product concepts, processes, and functional architecture.
  • Define and manage acceptance criteria for features (Opuses) and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and development teams during feature refinement.
  • Support business and user testing phases, including UAT coordination.
  • Continuously improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
  • Maintain clear and accessible documentation for operational support and incident resolution.
  • Ensure that documentation is regularly reviewed and aligned with internal control requirements (Legal, Compliance, etc.).

Your Profile:

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Previous experience in Facility Management is a strong plus.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Nice to have: Archibus (FMIS), document and plan management tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Structured and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Team player, adaptable, and proactive in driving improvements.

Languages:

  • Dutch and/or French
  • Fluent in English (working language)
