Business Analyst to work at multinational Institution in Luxembourg

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work for a client project in Luxembourg.

Start Date: 15/05/2025

Duration: 31/07/2025, possible extensions

Location: onsite in the client premises

Task description

• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with the relevant client's stakeholders;
• Conduct key business analysis, collect detailed requirements from all stakeholders and perform analysis;
• Review and improve the Reflow Matching process, in agreement with the process owner;
• Make recommendations to simplify and improve existing processes and procedures;
• Together with IT, analyse and propose new technical facilities (ie, Robot/AI, other client's systems data extract);
• Conduct and analyse market solutions based on Finance Department requirements: prepare the Functional Requirements;
• Organize workshops with external counterparts to better understand their processes and the tools/applications used;
• For the new Business logic/functionalities/processes, setup the new process flow and procedures, prepare the specifications;
• Organize presentations to other Services to on-board new stakeholders/functionalities;
• Maintain and update the project documentation to reflect work completed/progress made and clearly identify existing or possible blocking points (eg constraints, risks, dependencies, etc.).
• Monitor them and periodically prepare the status report for the senior management;
• Prepare Test scenarios and schedule the UAT with final users;
• Execute and document the UAT test execution;
• Prepare the User Manual and execute the proper handover of related working papers and deliverables prior to the completion of the assignment.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Master University degree preferably.
• Solid proven experience as Business Analyst and adequate relevant experience in project management;
• Experience as facilitator in the organisation of workshops and market survey;
• Good knowledge and understanding of financial products (Treasury and Capital markets, or Lending market);
• Knowledge of SWIFT market standards (MTs 103, 202,910 and their corresponding MXs).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in MS Visio or similar tool;
• Good communication and drafting skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
