Business Analyst (French Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications
• Create and maintain detailed functional documentation
• Develop test cases and perform functional testing
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions
• Support end-users during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase
• Provide ongoing support and training to users
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on functional aspects
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese work visa / Portuguese residency
• Availability to work from the office twice a week

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, ISTQB, or CBAP
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems
