Business Analyst (Change & Integration)

Leading London-Based Investment Bank

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to:

1. Own and execute individual work packages to implement the target operating model independently, under the guidance of the workstream lead.
2. Independently analyze complex topics and compile concise documentation and presentations to enable relevant bodies to make informed decisions.
3. Analyze current business processes and workflows, document, refine, and execute work packages to implement the target operating model.
4. Be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of business analysis and requirements for projects.
5. Collaborate with SMEs and the Technology team to ensure requirements and designs reflect accurate process flows and that proposed changes are fit-for-purpose.
6. Assist workstream leads and subject matter experts in setting up and running workshops, deep dive sessions, and leading information gathering, data collection, and data migration processes.

Your skills and experience:

1. At least 6+ years of business analysis experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking.
2. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured organization and execution abilities.
3. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
4. Highly driven and motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to drive organizational change.
5. Eager to learn and solve complex problems.
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
7. Ideally college educated with a bachelor's degree in Science, Management, or Finance.
