Your opportunities as a Business Analyst Cards & Digital Payments Financial Services at Capgemini: Our clients are large organizations that make many tools and applications available to their internal and external customers. The teams of our clients work on building and maintaining these applications. The teams need analysts who can help translate business goals into executable solutions. As a Payments Business Analyst, you perform analyses and translate the expectations and requirements of various stakeholders into concrete, executable solutions. To find out what the customer's wishes are, you use various methods, such as interviews and workshops. You also advise the customer and form the transition that goes hand in hand with the chosen solution.

As a Business & IT Analyst at Capgemini, you are responsible for defining requirements for designing User Cases (UC). Our analysts have a unique position, with one foot in IT and one foot in business. They are able to translate the needs of various companies, both banks and non-banks, into concrete solutions. This includes, for example, transformations at banks with solutions, via the web or mobile banking. Solid knowledge and experience in end-to-end payment processing (cross-border domestic), covering at least 3 of the following areas.

• SEPA (SCT, SDD; understanding of Regulation and Message Implementation Guidelines) or equivalent in other markets
• PSD2 & Open Banking
• RTGS
• Instant Payments
• ISO20022 Migration
• Payments Replatforming (Payment Hub Implementation, PaaS)
• Clearing & Settlement
• Knowledge and experience of Payment Hub products (e.g. Finastra, Volante, FIS OPF, FIServ, Temenos TPH, Icon)
• Awareness of market trends and their impact on market participants
