They are undergoing a major tech-enabled change initiative, with a strong focus on modernising core systems and improving service delivery through agile practices. What you'll be doing: Leading workshops, mapping 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria Working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams Using Jira and Confluence to keep things moving Building business cases and supporting change adoption Helping shape BA practice and ways of working What we're looking for: 4-6 years in a BA role, ideally in tech/digital transformation Strong Agile/Scrum experience Confident with tools like Jira, BPMN, and data analysis Great communicator and stakeholder manager Able to work independently and juggle prioritiesLocationExperience4 Year
