Reports to: Director of Finance & Corporate Applications

AerCap is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join the AerCap IT team. AerCap has modernised its IT landscape through a substantial transformation initiative and is now shifting focus toward continuous improvement and adopting next generation technologies, including AI driven capabilities. We are seeking a Business Analyst who can identify opportunities, define solutions and support the organisation in realising these advancements. It is a wide and varied role, in a well-established change team, giving the successful applicant invaluable experience in the Aircraft Leasing Industry.
