Job Description

On behalf of UKRI, we are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst (Inside IR35) until 31/03/2026 based Remotely with occasional travel to the Swindon Office.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, change partners, business analysts, developers, and designers, to understand and document business needs.
. Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to ascertain where new/revised business processes are required.
. Map out the new/revised business processes the various user groups support.
. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, such as business requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
. Organise and structure complex technical information into understandable formats for various target audiences.
. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential:
. Proven technical analyst experience working with SalesForce platform.
. Experience of working with web-based CRMs or tools
. Experience with dev-ops tools (JIRA, Confluence)
. Proven experience with documenting technical requirements/user stories, process maps and identifying dependencies.
. Experience of working with senior stakeholders at the early stages of projects ie prior to confirmation of project budget or delivery approach
