Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our client's rapidly scaling retail organization. Following exceptional growth-doubling revenue in the past year-they are investing in strategic transformation initiatives globally. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver both operational and tech-driven projects across the business.

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and validate requirements
2. Translate needs into user stories, specifications, and process flows
3. Build strong relationships across tech, ops, and commercial teams
4. Support both operational and technology transformation projects
5. Experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced, complex settings
6. Skilled in requirements gathering, facilitation, and documentation
7. Strong stakeholder management across global teams
8. Proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
