Responsibilities

Design and Process Flow Support:

• Collaborate with other BAs and FAs to design user-centric business process flows.
• Develop end-to-end and intermediate workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and application functionalities.
• Prioritize the usability and effectiveness of processes for all stakeholders.

Backup BA Coverage:

• Act as a backup for BAs during periods of absence (e.g., illness or holidays).
• Seamlessly integrate into ongoing projects to ensure uninterrupted delivery.

Customer-Specific Projects:

• Take ownership of specific customer tracks as time allows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer-specific business analysis needs.

Ownership and Agility:

• Proactively adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities.
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset and strong commitment to team success.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business process flows and user-centric design.
• Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in documenting and optimizing workflows.
• Soft Skills: Adaptability, ownership mentality, and a collaborative attitude.
• Tools: Familiarity with BA tools for workflow design and analysis is an asset.
