Location: Surrey - 2/3 days p/w
Salary: £55,000 - 65,000

We are seeking a confident and communicative Business Analyst to join a growing organisation based in Surrey. This is a key role sitting between the business and IT teams, with a strong focus on improving systems and delivering value through technology.

You will work closely with software development teams to shape and deliver effective solutions that meet business requirements. Clear communication, structured thinking, and the ability to manage a range of stakeholders will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the link between business users and technical teams
• Gather and translate requirements into actionable specifications
• Support system improvements and enhancements alongside .NET developers
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and drive operational efficiency

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment
• Solid understanding of system development, ideally in a Microsoft/.NET setting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working across both technical and non-technical teams
• A proactive and structured approach to analysis and problem-solving
