BUSINESS ANALYST - SERVICENOW HRSD

Our client is implementing an Employee Portal and HR services using ServiceNow HRSD & Employee Center Pro, replacing multiple Legacy applications. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead functional studies, propose solutions, and interact with project teams and business stakeholders.

This is a 12-month contract starting January, 2026, based in Paris with 3 days per week on-site. The role requires bilingual French and English for daily use.

MISSION

• Conduct functional and technical studies on ServiceNow HRSD & ECPRO modules
• Propose innovative solutions tailored to business needs
• Work on employee portal, communication microsites, campaigns, and analytics
• Collaborate with multiple project teams and business stakeholders
• Work in an Agile environment with strong autonomy
• Deliver quickly in a tight timeline requiring full focus and fast execution

SKILLS

• You have more than 3 years of experience as Business Analyst/BA/Functional Analyst/Product Owner
• You have experience with ServiceNow HRSD & Employee Center Pro (mandatory)
• You are proficient in French & English
