Business Analyst - Regulatory

Sanderson are hiring two experienced Regulatory Business Analysts to join a dynamic team driving customer-focused regulatory change in a leading financial services organisation.

About the Role

As a Regulatory Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering regulatory change initiatives that impact customers, processes, and technology. You'll work across the organisation-from call centre staff to executive leadership-facilitating workshops, eliciting and translating business requirements, and ensuring solutions are structured, compliant, and customer-centric.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather and refine requirements across policy, process, controls, and technology.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior executives.
• Document and structure requirements with diligence and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and customer impact are fully understood.
• Support delivery teams throughout the project life cycle, ensuring traceability and alignment to business goals.

• Proven experience in regulatory change within financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, structured environment.

South Dublin (Hybrid - 3 days on site per week)
