Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Wholesale Business Analyst to support our wholesale operations by analyzing sales data, market trends, and operational performance. The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights to drive growth, improve efficiency, and support decision-making across the wholesale business.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze wholesale sales performance, customer trends, and product profitability.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business metrics.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction within the wholesale channel.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic planning.
Support pricing strategy development and margin analysis.
Monitor customer performance and provide insights to improve account management.
Assist in the preparation of business reviews and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in wholesale, retail, or FMCG sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:Knowledge of wholesale distribution models and sales cycles.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience in forecasting and demand planning.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
