Job Description

Are you an analytical thinker with a commercial mindset? Here's your chance to step into a visible and impactful Business Analyst role based with a well-established company in Wexford, where you'll work closely with teams across the business to support commercial and financial performance.

Your New Job:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director and regularly collaborating with key teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Senior Leadership, you'll play a central part in driving actionable insight and process improvements. You'll focus on turning complex data into clear reports and practical recommendations to power decision-making and process improvements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce timely and accurate financial, commercial, and operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Analyse revenue, gross margin, operating costs, and profitability across products, customers, and regions
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Deliver variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Build and present financial models and business cases to guide decisions
  • Support pricing, sales, and strategic projects with detailed analysis
  • Build effective relationships across teams to understand challenges and gather requirements
  • Extract, validate, and analyse data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems
  • Continually improve and automate reporting processes
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend practical efficiency improvements

What Are We Looking For?:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in a relevant analytical or business intelligence role
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret business data and processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident, collaborative, and passionate about driving improvement
