Business Analyst - CEX Unity Programme

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for process design and transformation? Our esteemed client in Gaydon, West Midlands, is seeking a Contract Business Analyst to support their ambitious CEX Unity Programme. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to lead process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and organisational design initiatives within a dynamic environment.

As the ideal candidate, you will leverage your expertise in process mapping, stakeholder facilitation, and change impact assessments to help integrate multiple teams into a unified operating model. Your experience in automotive, digital, or customer experience sectors will be advantageous, along with a proven track record in transformation projects.
