We use technology to gather and analyse company data, transforming it into easily shareable, actionable insights that empower critical decision making across the business.This role is an exciting opportunity to build your career in Business Intelligence whilst working with data related to some of the biggest artists and tours in the world.You will primarily be working with event ticketing data, which sits at the core of our very complex business. Each of the thousands of concerts we promote every year is managed in a meticulous level of detail. This generates millions of records of data in our bespoke ticketing system (Halo) that you will need to understand, manage, summarise, and share both across our business and externally to artists, agents, venues and co-promoters.We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop technical skills over time. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with colleagues across the business. Who you are Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience Exceptional attention to detail Demonstrable knowledge and experience of using MS Excel to an advanced level is essential Basic understanding of SQL or PSQL is helpful, and we'll support you in developing these skills further. Experience with other coding languages is a bonus, but not essential An interest in learning how to design and publish reports using tools like Tableau or MS SSRS is a plus, but not required - we'll help you build this knowledge Excellent numeracy skills Clear and concise written communication skills. Previous experience of working within a dynamic, fast-paced business and/or a solid understanding of the live music industry is a bonus.
