The Role

Looking to step into a high-impact leadership role at the heart of the energy transition?

This is a unique opportunity to join anexpanding energy trading business undergoing major transformation. AsBusiness Analysis Lead / Lead Functional Architect, you'll sit at the intersection of Technology, Trading, and Strategy-driving analysis and delivery acrossGas, Power, Renewables, and Carbon Trading platforms.

You'll lead a team of Analysts, shape best practices across the function, and serve as thekey interface to the trading business-managing the pipeline of demand, prioritising delivery, and translating vision into roadmap execution.

Crucially, you'll gain significant exposure to initiatives involvingData Strategy, AI/ML integration, andcomplex pre-trade systems, in a firm whereanalysis is valued as a commercial edge, not just a support function.
