Internal Panel Products Sales Administrator Apprenticeship Job Description

As part of the team, you'll support the sales department with general administrative duties, handle sales enquiries and orders and assist the external sales team in delivering excellent customer service. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll learn how to build strong customer relationships, manage tasks efficiently and contribute to the smooth running of a busy sales office.

This role is perfect for someone who's organised, confident and eager to learn in a fast paced, supportive environment. Duties include:

• Making Sales calls to new or existing customers
• Taking Sales enquiries and orders via telephone
• Providing support for the External Sales Team
• Building relationships with existing and new customers
• Learning how a busy Sales office in the timber industry operates
