Business Administrator
Location: HPC, Bristol (Onsite, 5 days a week)
Pay Rate: £160 per day
Our Client, a leading organisation in the energy sector, is hiring a reputable company to support their HPC Delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high profile project within the UK's new nuclear build programme.
What you'll be doing:- Providing professional, accurate administrative support to the department and wider programme team
- Managing diaries and itineraries, organising meetings, and preparing meeting packs
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements
- Maintaining data and records for easy access and retrieval
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including counterparts across locations
- Recording and producing minutes for key meetings
- Handling office services such as reprographics and document binding
- Responding to phone and email enquiries from a wide range of external parties
- Drafting letters and reports, ensuring professional presentation and confidentiality
- Strong organisational skills with a flexible, methodical approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various levels of the organisation and external contacts
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work
- Proficiency in Outlook or similar email/diary applications, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience supporting teams or projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong relationship building skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing demands
- A proactive attitude and a self starter mindset
- Proven administrative experience supporting busy teams or projects
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards relevant to office and project environments
