Job Description

Are you our next dynamic Business Administrator to help lead the admin service for our teams based at Newton Abbot?

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced administrator tolead a small admin team supporting our clinical colleagues as we deliver mentalhealth services to our local community. Thisrole is based in the office at Estuary House, Newton Abbot and is 22.5 hours that can be worked over3 to 5 days, including within school hours if required. Interviews will be in person.

This is a hugely rewarding and unique administration rolewhich will give you an excellent insight into adult mental health conditionsand the range of therapies and interventions that we offer. Main duties of the job

Working closely with the clinical team manager, as the senior administrator in our team you will lead on ensuring high quality administrative support that will enable the provision of the best possible care to service-users.

The Business Administrator is pivotal in leading the administrative team alongside their peers to ensure a safe and effective service as well as support the clinical manager with administrative and reporting tasks enabling them to focus on clinical work and team leadership.

Qualifications
  • 1.Level 3 qualification in business, administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • If you do not have a Level 3 or above qualification, please detail how your experience would equip you for this role.
  • 3. Vocational qualifications relevant to business administration (e.g., ICDL or similar).
  • 4. Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
