Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus/Coach Drivers to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and adherence to all traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate buses/coaches on designated routes, ensuring timely and safe transportation of passengers.
• Conduct pre trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries, offering route information, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and passenger counts.
• Handle cash and electronic payments for fares, ensuring accurate accounting.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies or incidents, including providing first aid if necessary and following company protocols.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Category D driving license (with CPC certification).
• Proven experience as a bus/coach driver is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A clean driving record with no major violations.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
