Building Technician CFC Electrician

Building CFC at La Maisons pour Étudiants Lausanne (FMEL) specializes in housing for students and manages nearly beds spread across 15 sites, located close to the university campus and in the region. To complement our technical service, we are looking for our building with CFC. Your Mission: The building technician carries out repair and preventive maintenance work in the buildings of FMEL. He/she works within a technical service composed of several building technicians, in order to address the intervention requests from hub managers or their representative, or according to a schedule in the case of preventive maintenance. He/She ensures the follow-up and traceability of his/her interventions supported by a management tool. He/She will handle repair requests related to his/her area of expertise (electricity) but must be ready to intervene in other related areas as needed (heating, access control, etc.).Your profile:- CFC qualification at level C1, English level A2- Driver's license- Ideally knowledgeable in several technical areas of building, or willingness to develop versatility- Previous experience in management- Ability to work independently, capacity to manage multiple tasks at once- Service-minded, professional rigor, team spirit, stress resistance- Proficiency in the MS environmentWe offer:- A dynamic and stimulating professional environment, that favors a humane and caring work framework, in a varied activity with autonomy and true responsibilities- Leadership focused on diversity and opportunities for continuous learning and professional development- 40 hours per week, 5 weeks of vacation, and other social benefitsWork location: Based in Chavannes-près-Renens, you will be required to travel to all other FMEL sites or other locations.
