Building Surveyor x3 - Repairs

Our client is a Local Authority in South London, located close to London Bridge.

They are looking for 3 Surveyors as below:

- Damp Surveyors x 2 - manage a range of damp/mould projects in social housing.
- Repairs Surveyor - dealing with responsive repairs requests e.g. party walls, general brickwork et

Both roles will require you to carry out surveys, draft works specifications and co-ordinate appropriate repairs with a focus on delivering good customer service.

The role is hybrid, with requirement in the office three days per week or on site as required.

We are looking for those with similar experience within a Local Authority setting and a minimum of HNC qualified in a constriction discipline such as Building Surveying.

The rate is negotiable; please specify your expectation. We expect it will be around £30-£35/hr (umbrella).
