- Conduct thorough property inspections within the greater Dublin area and surrounding counties.
- Deliver clear, professional reports.
- Advise clients on structural integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with industry professionals including solicitors and banks.
- Stay up to date with regulations and best practices.
- Maintain a pace that allows for quality, follow-up and balance.
- €55,000.00 per annum plus an end of year bonus structure.
- Laptop, company phone, and access to our custom-built survey app.
- High-spec equipment.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- 20 days annual leave.
- Structured induction with mentorship and training.
- Company uniform.
- Degree in Building Surveying / Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- Registered Building Surveyor / Chartered Engineer/Surveyor (or working toward).
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in residential and commercial surveys (ideal).
- Knowledge of building pathology and compliance standards.
- Empathy and professionalism-you're not just inspecting buildings, you're guiding people.
- Organised, tech-savvy, and able to work independently.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Currently residing in the greater Dublin area or surrounding countries.
