What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough property inspections within the greater Dublin area and surrounding counties.
• Deliver clear, professional reports.
• Advise clients on structural integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with industry professionals including solicitors and banks.
• Stay up to date with regulations and best practices.
• Maintain a pace that allows for quality, follow-up and balance.

What You'll Get

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Building Surveying / Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Registered Building Surveyor / Chartered Engineer/Surveyor (or working toward).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in residential and commercial surveys (ideal).
• Knowledge of building pathology and compliance standards.
• Empathy and professionalism-you're not just inspecting buildings, you're guiding people.
• Organised, tech-savvy, and able to work independently.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Currently residing in the greater Dublin area or surrounding countries.
