Casual Car Documentation: Designated Casual Car User; must hold full valid driving licence and provide own vehicle where required; allowance per mile of business use.

Role Overview

Serve in Repairs and Maintenance team responsible for professional surveying services, responsive repairs, void property works, damp, mould, condensation, major repairs, minor planned works, housing disrepair and adaptations maintenance.

Support reactive repairs and provide project management leadership for end to end process, managing third party consultants and ensuring deadlines achieved.

Deliver legal housing disrepair remedial works including joint inspections, Scott schedules and ensure works issued and completed in accordance with legal settlements.

Diagnose and mitigate HHSRS and damp and mould risks through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional surveying services and management of responsive repairs works.
• Void property works, damp, mould, condensation works, major repairs and minor planned works.
• Support management of reactive repairs, void property repairs, major repairs, minor planned works and insurance works.
• Project management leadership for end to end process, including third party consultants.
• Legal housing disrepair remedial works: joint inspections, Scott schedules, completion schedules.
• Diagnose and mitigate HHSRS and damp and mould risks.

Qualifications

• Construction related qualification or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, standards, planning regulations, regulatory standards, health & safety and other legislation relevant to asset management.
• Effective communication skills, oral and written, with colleagues, residents, service providers, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
