Building Surveyor

A market-leading Real Estate organisation are currently on the lookout for a Building Surveyor (Non Chartered) to join their expanding team based in Manchester. This role offers the chance to collaborate with industry experts, providing clear and commercial advice to a diverse range of clients. Role Highlights: - Connect with clients to determine their requirements and ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations. - Participate in a wide array of building surveying services and specializations. - Cultivate and maintain relationships both within and outside the organisation to expand the team's client portfolio and knowledge base. - Identify and seize opportunities to boost individual and team fee income. - Work in unison with colleagues at all levels to fulfill collective goals (no individual time sheets). Essential Skills and Experience: - 1-3 years experience in a similar role. - Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of business principles and strategy. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. - A forward-thinking approach to innovation and business development in new markets.
