Building Surveyor - Aberdeen

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Building Surveyor to join our busy, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Building Consultancy team in the North Region, with operations across Scotland.

The successful candidate will provide services to a wide range of clients, covering the full spectrum of Building Surveying instructions, including pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, project management, and development monitoring.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Chartered Building Surveyor or due to sit the Assessment of Professional Competence soon,
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Commercially minded and client-focused,
• Experience in pre-acquisition and building surveys is preferred.

The role offers a competitive salary and may include a company car, depending on experience.
