Position: Building Services Supervisor

Location: Kings Cross area of London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £50,000 to £52,000 plus package

We are looking for experienced Building Services Supervisor for a prestigious static site based in Kings Cross.

This position will be managing a small team of planned and reactive maintenance engineers as well as being on the tools themselves. They will also be running the site compliance, rota's, training etc.

The right person for this position will have already worked as a Supervisor/ Lead Engineer with experience running a team. They must be willing to deal with site maintenance themselves as well as the supervisory responsibilities.

This person needs to be very client focused as they will be attending on site meeting with the clients.

This is a multi-skilled position, so we do need this person to be able to deal with maintenance that includes plant room, ahu's, compliance checks, pumps and valves, flick checks, tap temps etc.

We also require this supervisor to be holding a minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification.

Requirements

• Experienced as a Building Services Maintenance Supervisor
• Strong technical background
• Must be happy to manage a team and work as a team
• Based in a commutable distance to Kings Cross
• Minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification
• IOSH would be an advantage
• Client focused
• Must be willing to work on the tools
