Background & Qualifications

• Experience in commercial (new build, refurbishments and fit out), residential and mixed-use developments.
• Comprehensive understanding of Building Services Engineering
• Systems including their performance, application, and operation.
• Expertise in mitigating design-related legal and regulatory risks.
• MSc or BSc in Environmental or Engineer discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 standards.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies.
• Analytical skills to influence the drive for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in sustainable building design, renewable energy and low-carbon technologies.
• Knowledge and skills to minimise risk of design-related legal or regulatory issues.
• Ability to estimate project budgets and resource requirements effectively.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present effectively in internal and external meetings.
• Apply technical expertise to successfully deliver complex projects.
• Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools.
• Ability to efficiently solve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, ensuring high-quality outputs within deadlines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through professional communication and responsiveness.
