This role includes participating in a 24/7/365 call-out service , an essential part of our business, handled on a rotational basis.

• Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 a year
• Hours: 8am - 5pm
• Job Type: Permanent
• Location: Central & Greater London (within the M25)
• Call-Out Rota: 1 in 7 weeks
• Head Office: Bishop's Stortford

About You:

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong knowledge of Commercial/Domestic appliances and maintenance
• Comprehensive technical and fault-finding skills
• Understanding of heating systems, fixed electrical systems, controls/BMS
• Familiarity with pumps, pressure/expansion vessels, DMZ valves, and plate exchangers
• Ability to troubleshoot heating, hot and cold-water distribution issues
• Flexible and professional attitude with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Commercial Gas certifications
• Desirable: Oil, Plumbing or Electrical Qualifications (salary enhancement considered)

Additional Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable using tablets/PDAs
• Willingness to support other trades when needed
