Sensori is seeking a hands on Electrical Engineer / Building Services Engineer to lead electrical delivery on construction and fit out projects. The role combines site supervision, technical design contribution, BIM coordination and team leadership to ensure safe, on time and high quality installation of electrical and building services systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivatesite teams, subcontractors and apprentices, providing on the job coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee installationsof electrical equipment, power distribution,lightingand control systems and ensure correct handling of materials and equipment during installation.
  • Maintain safety and complianceby enforcing site QHSE requirements, electrical codes and permits to work and reportingmajor issuesto senior management.
  • Coordinate multi disciplinaryworkswith civil, mechanical and control teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage changes and queriesby controllingscopechanges, engineering revisions, non conformitiesand technical queries through the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and review documentationincluding method statements, work procedures, technicalsubmittalsand approval packages.
  • Support commissioning and handoverby driving snagging, punch lists, validation activities and producing O&M and as built documentation.
Core Project Responsibilities
  • Design and Technical Delivery
  • Designcontributionto electrical systems, producing drawings and specifications for power,lightingand control systems.
  • Technical submittalsprepare,manageand track electrical submittals and approval packages.
  • BIM and Construction Coordination
  • Project schedulingmaintainandupdateschedules, trackmilestonesand report progress againstprogrammetargets.
  • Material procurementproducetake offs,managelead times and track deliveries against theprogramme.
  • Quality assuranceensureworkscomply withproject specifications and QA plans andsupport final validation and handover.
  • Close outsupport final accounts, QA and safety files and deliver complete O&M and as built documentation.
  • Mentorshipcoach junior engineers and support skills development within the project team.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experienceminimum five years working withrecognisedMEP or electrical contractors on construction or installation projects.
  • Qualificationstrade qualification or third level degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Technicalproficiencystrong knowledge of electrical distribution, power systems, controlpanelsand installation best practices.
  • Software skillsproficientwith CAD and BIM tools and comfortable using project planning software such as Primavera and MS Office.
  • Organisationalabilityexcellent planning,prioritisationand time management skills to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Communicationclear written and verbal communication for technical reports, clientliaisonand team coordination.
  • Quality and safetyworking knowledge of QA/QC processes and QHSE requirements for construction sites.
  • Teamworkprovenabilityto work collaboratively across disciplines and manage subcontractor interfaces.
