Vickerstock are working with a Tier 1 Contractor on the appointment of a Building Services Coordinator

Your new role as Building Services Coordinator

• Oversee M&E works on site and review installation quality
• Provide technical guidance for site teams and subcontractors
• Mitigate on-site issues with Building Services packages
• Coordinate with design teams
• Work closely with utilities providers, stakeholders and clients to ensure sites are properly supplied
• Manage temporary electric and water
• Assist in tender process

What you'll need to be successful

• Higher education/apprenticeship education in an M&E field
• 4 years in a similar M&E Role
• Trade background is desirable
• Full driver's licence
