The rate is £27.95ph PAYE.

To assist the Strategic Assets Manager in delivering the overall operational objectives of building safety across the Big 7.

Responsibilities include overseeing gas and electrical safety, asbestos management, lifts, water hygiene, fire safety, and compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022.

Contribute to the strategic development of the service to maximize opportunities for enhanced service provision and delivery. Ensure the delivery of professional, customer-focused, statutory compliant, and high-performing services to internal and external customers.
