Building Safety & Compliance Lead

Avalon Housing is currently seeking a Building Safety Lead for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position with a Local Authority in Warwickshire. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with fire and building safety legislation, providing support and advice to management.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the Asbestos Management Plan, ensuring compliance with safety duties, and developing property-related policies. The role requires knowledge in building safety and relevant qualifications, such as a degree or NEBOSH Certificate.
