Job Description
About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Building Manager. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines lettings, property management, customer service, health & safety, and on-site staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure void properties are let quickly and in good condition, coordinating inspections, repairs, and void works
  • Oversee mid tenancy repairs and defects, managing contractors and ensuring works are completed within agreed SLAs
  • Manage on site staff such as concierge or admin teams, including rotas, training, performance reviews, and payroll inputs
  • Maintain full compliance with health & safety requirements including gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, and legionella regulations
  • Manage day to day expenditure, approve invoices, and support budget planning and cost control
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer focused environment such as PRS, property management, hospitality, or a similar service led sector
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence using multiple systems and digital platforms simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and professional correspondence
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast paced and varied role
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
