This is a great opportunity for an experienced Building Inspector or Building Surveyor with experience in the Irish construction industry to make an impact in an innovative and growing organisation.

What's on Offer:

• €40,000 - €65,000 depending on experience

• Subsidised travel - client dependent

• Conducting detailed inspections of buildings and structures to assess their condition.
• Preparing and reviewing building condition reports and surveys.
• Advising clients on building regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors on renovation and construction projects.
• Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with Irish legislations and standards.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Building Surveying or Site Inspections.
• Alternatively, minimum 2 years' experience as an architect.
• Must hold a Building Surveying or Architectural Degree.
• Strong knowledge of the building regulations in the Irish market.
• Full Drivers Licence.
