Building Fabric Manager - Maintenance & Compliance Lead

PRS LTD is seeking a Building Fabric Manager responsible for the maintenance and improvement of building fabric across a portfolio of properties in Greater London. The successful candidate will manage contractors, oversee fabric maintenance, and ensure high standards of compliance while supporting sustainability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong technical background, contractor management skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CAFM systems. An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
