Build Hub Manager (interim)

Our client is seeking the addition of a Build Hub Manager on an interim basis.

Key skills/experience:

• People focused leader for the Build Hub team, coaching and developing Build Engineers
• Strong track record planning workloads, forecasting capacity, and balancing BAU support against project delivery in a busy operational environment
• Confident managing ticket queues, stakeholder relationships and service levels across Service Desk, Logistics and Asset Management teams
• A natural problem solver who drives process improvement

This role requires full time onsite working 5 days per week (Scotland).
