Buffet Kitchen Lead - Experienced Chef (Skegness)

Butlin's in Skegness is seeking an experienced Chef to join the Buffets team. You will lead and develop the kitchen section, overseeing daily operations with the Junior Kitchen Manager to ensure efficiency, high standards and full food safety compliance.

The role is full-time (35 hours/week, 5 days over 7 with weekends). Shifts include 4am-12pm and 11am-7:30pm; live-in accommodation may be available for those over 18 relocating to the area, subject to DBS checks.
